CatSketch creates custom AI-assisted cat artwork printed on canvas. Each order is made from your cat photo and produced on demand.

Before Production

We can revise your artwork before printing if the proof needs changes. If we have not started artwork or production, contact us as soon as possible.

Custom Order Returns

• Change of mind: Because each canvas is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, style changes, or change of mind after artwork or production has begun.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace, reprint, or refund the order as appropriate.
• Missing or delayed items: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping confirmation.

Marketplace Orders

If you ordered through TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, or another marketplace, contact us and file any return or refund request through that marketplace's order messaging or return system. Marketplace rules may require a different outcome, and we will follow the platform's required process.
